Ingredients 1kg Chicken wings one large onion 2 fresh red chillies (or one tea-spoon of dry chillies) 2 table spoons of soy sauce 30grms sugar. Oil (peanut/sesame/olive/vegetable. Whatever you have. Method This is the most simple but tasty recipe you could hope to make. Pre-heat oven: 200 degrees. Cut the chicken wings and remove the tips. Chop the chillies. Chop the onion in half, then quarter each half. heat the frying pan Add the oil. WAIT... the oil needs to smoke. Add the Chicken and brown for 4 mins. Add the chillies. When you can't breathe anymore add the onions (about 1min) wait another minute and pour over the sugar and the soy. Stir well and turn off the heat. Leave for another minute. Pour contents into an oven dish and leave in the oven for 20mins. Stir at ten mins. Serve with a bed of rice you put on before all the prep and cooking... remember to wash the rice and whatever size of pan you use, fill until it reaches the first line of your index finger... it is the perfect amount of water!
