canadian salmon?
i need a really easy recipe to cook canadian salmon.preferably not much excess fat

Use Birch planks, soak the planks in water then place them on a hot BBQ and BBQ the salmon on the planks.
Barbecued Canadian Salmon
1/4 cup each olive oil, butter, lemon juice
1 large clove garlic
1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce and thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 salmon steaks
Combine everything except the salmon steaks and mix well.
Brush both sides of the steaks.
Place on grill over med-hot heat allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness
Brush fish frequently turning once half way through the cooking time. Brush again before removing from the grill
Poached Salmon:
Chop enough celery to cover bottom of pan big enough for the salmon. Add water to cover celery. Place salmon on top of celery. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until salmon flakes. Optional: Slice lemon or fresh ginger to place on top of salmon. Absolutely no added fat!!!!!!!
