What recipes and foods come form your ethnic/culture group?
I'm Black and I have some caribbean in me...
I cook fried green tomatoes, fried plantatians, jamaican beef patties, fufu, coco bread, sweet tea, apple pie, fried chicken, seafood gumbo, chicken gizzards, avacodo salad, oxtail and maybe some biscuts with homemade sweet butter

i cook Fried chicken, ribs, Sweet potatoes, Succotash, bniscutis, corn bread, black eyed peas, collard gren the whole nine yards basically,...lolz
my mom is from the south so i grew up on alot of swine. I dont eat it now. I have traveled around the world so i like all kinds of food i have like 150 cookbooks and 3 3ring binders full of recipes. Some of my favs are gumbo, fried chicken and collard greens, some curry goat/chicken, lamb biriani, pad Thai, catfish with mac and cheese, bimbimbap are a few of my favs.
Collard greens, Southern fried chicken, black eyed peas, Gumbo, Beef Bulgogi and Chop Chae (korean) cornbread, and sweet potato pies. Theres alot more too...
Curry goat, White rice & roti

Jerk chicken, Ackee and saltfish....I haven't had those for ages!
I was born in the Bahamas, and My fav food is conch.

Fried chicken taters, maters, squash, okra.....fried anything really (my method is a little bit healthier than granny's....but her's was much better of course), sweet tea (especcially sun tea), corn bread, deer steak, pemican, barbecue, anything on a grill, farmers hash, smoked sausage coins, sauerkraut, smoked duck, sorghum biscuits....I could go on but I'm really getting hungry now....
Most of my family is from Jamaica and we cook most of theses foods: Stew chicken,curry goat with dumplin or whice and peas ackee and saltfish, slatfish fritters and more
I'm Black and my family& 1 eat collard greens w/neck bones, sweet potatoes, GUMBO1, fried chicken, black eye peas, macaroni and cheese, ribs, biscuits, cornbread, rice (usually white), cabbage, seafood, pasta, and etc!!!
