Chinese Cooking Recipes Question And Answer
Does anyone familiar with Chinese cooking called "Beef Pares"?
I really love to eat beef pares and im so desperate to know the recipe to a delicious beef pares. The secret is in its sauce and i dont know what it is. If there is someone who knows what im talking about and knows how to cook this pls share to me. I will owe it to you for the rest of my life because i really love to eat this food.

Are you a Filipino?It is not actually a Chinese food. The term pares is a Filipino word for "pair". Beef Pares is a complete meal made of beef chunks in brown sweet sauce , garlic rice and hot soup. I just do not know why they called it beef pares. The sauce in the beef is usually mixed into the hot soup for added flavor. For me, beef pares is like beef stew or sweetened version of the Filipino Adobo.
