Can someone give me a good recipe for cooking a boneless english roast?
I also want to know what side dishes would you cook as well.

6-8 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
One cup RONIN Energy Drink
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion,
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tsp. crushed red chilies
Method: Whisk all ingredients but chicken together and marinate the chicken for at least two hours refrigerated. Grill until done.
Well we grew up on this on Sundays and the way my aunt made it was. First you get two packs of Lipton soup mix.Meat tenderizer pepper. Cinnamon brown sugar. take your roast and take a knife and poke wholes on the bottom and top and side so when it cooks the meat can breath okay next get a big fryer skillet and add grease just enough to cover the bottom.let it get hot but not to hot to scorch take the seasoning from above and cover the roast the best way is to mix every thing together except the Lipton soup its for the last part.okay after you cover the roast with the seasons sprinkle it with flour then lightly again with pepper. Now you are going to brown it in the skillet on each side just let it set for about 3 min you will see that the out side skin is brown this is what keeps the juice inside the roast
Know mix your Lipton soup with beef broth place your roast in a roasting pan line the bottom with foil before you put it in then pour the soup over it and then cover it with the foil and a lid cook at 295 for 2 1/2 hrs I serve it with cabbage and butternut squash in a casserole dish with butter pepper and lemon pepper and Mrs dash put a can of chicken broth on it and put it in the oven at the same time as the roast.
