Is a Microwave the only thing you have to cook with? If so then I'll assume you will be in a resident hotel for 10 weeks with a Micro and a small refrigerator. Focus on two main products that can be used in different ways, Chicken (whole) and Beef (roasted), both of which you'll be able to make anything from a hot meal to a quick sandwich. Both can be purchased in whole, cooked at a market and stored in your fridge to use as needed, when you check-in make sure you have utensils, knife, spoon, fork. For a change you can Micro some fish that you buy fresh along with veggies and also precooked potato's and rice. Everything you could want is at the market and ready to heat and serve without buying "TV" dinners. I spend alot of time on the road also, I've even made a grilled cheese sandwich with the clothes Iron in my room. Good Luck, take the time and have some fun.
