I hv been desperately figuring out the cooking method for mcdonald-like french fries, any bodoy knows the secret recipe?

You have to deep fry them using an electrical industrial fryer machine. Also, there´s this rumor that they give their fries a "meaty" flavor. Could be from the animal source of their oil or some adhitive they put in the oil.

Well, I also heard this rumor that Mickey Dee's french fries aren't actually made out of potatoes but a synthetic mixture of potatoes and something else. If true, you'd have a difficult time duplicating it.

Like one person said before synthetic mixture.I guess dip your fries before cooking into milk and wheat and then fry.I heard on the news the other day about this wheat & milk with the making of their frys.
