Salad with Fishwive's Dressing: 1 head butter lettuce 1 bunch radishes Dressing: 1 cup canola oil 1 T dijon mustard 1 T chopped chives or scallians 3 T red wine vinager or lemon juice 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper Blend the above and chill to meld flavors. Put lettuce leaves in plate, add sliced radishes and toss with dressing. Top with shaved parmesan.
This rub is good on either chicken of flank steak or any type of meat Chop some parsley, garlic, or celronto, put in bowl or food prosesser, combine well add Olive oil extra virgin if you have it rub all over the meat and cook it on the grill. Throw together a salad you can add herbs nuts, and make a homemade vinaigrette. Or go on to foodnetwork.com and look at their recipes. Rachael Ray has a lot of recipes like what you need and it is free. Good Luck
