Does anyone know a recipe for Irish Potatoes?

I had them once in cooking class in middle school they were sweet and they were made from cream cheese and cinnamon.

I have never had them with Cinnamon, but use cream cheese all the time. i know of kilchokin it is easy and you use left over ham or corn beef, corn beef is the best. Any way 6 large potatoes boil mash add one pack cream cheese in a nether pot dice and boil cabbage, Drain add to potatoes dice left over meat add all together. yumm yumm yumm, In Minnesota it is called bubble and squeak
They're called Irish Potatoes because they resemble a small potato when rolled into balls. They're basically just cream cheese balls. 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt 1 c. coconut Cinnamon Beat cream cheese, gradually blend in sugar. Stir in vanilla, salt and coconut. Roll into balls. Then roll in cinnamon and place on plate.
