I like Chicken Marsala and it's easy but I don't do it breaded. Coat it with flour.
You will have to get some Marsala wine tho'.

(you don't need the sherry.)
A little more complicated:

Add a green salad with black olives, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, croutons, onion, with Italian dressing and maybe some garlic bread and you will have an awesome Italian dinner!
Since your cbs are already breaded you can skip that step & try this:
Bruschetta Chicken Over Risotto With Rapini Italiano

dip boneless chicken breasts into seasoned bread crumbs, then into a milk and egg mixture then back into the bread crumbs to fully coat chicken. Fry chicken until done. Put chicken in a casserole pan, top with spagetti sauce and slices of mozzerella cheese, backe in oven at 350 for about 10 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly, add chicken to pasta and there ya go, its good to go.
Believe me if I can make this so can you. It is so easy and yet so very tasty. My hubby loves it and he is a very picky eater.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Pound four chicken breast until thin enough to easily roll.
In a pan heat up 2 tbsp olive oil. Chop 2 garlic cloves add to heated oil. Add spinach, 1/2 a small jar of sun dried tomatoes and a small amount of the oil it comes in. Add about 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, stir and remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once mixture cools place in the center of chicken breast roll and secure with a toothpick. Cover with bread crumbs. Heat up 2 tbsp vegetable oil and brown the chicken. Than place the chicken into a dish and bake for about 30 minutes or so.
Enjoy with a glass of white wine.
If the chicken is flexible enough to make into a roll with the breading on it then take some Italian sausage (mild or hot, your choice) remove it from the casing and use to stuff the chicken. Take an eggplant and slice it about 1/4" thick, then drizzle with some olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and top with your "stuffed" chicken and some spaghetti sauce. Bake in oven till thermometer stuck in middle reads 170. You can top it with parmesean either before or after you put it in the oven.
