Pakistani Cooking Recipes Question And Answer

Can anyone tell me the name of this dish and give a recipe if you have it. I don't know where it originated

from, but my husband's cousin said some of his Pakistani friends made it for him. It is cooked in one pot and has chicken, rice, potatoes(I think) and cauliflower all layered and when ready to serve it, it is "flipped" onto a platter so that whatever the first ingredient in the pot was is now on top.

If they are Pakistani its Biryani, if they are Palestinian its Maklooba. It may even be Maklooba because cauliflower is famous in that dish. BTW, I absolutely love maklooba its one of my favorites :)
