Honey, congratulations on your pregnancy...but you are not asking for spanish food...you are asking for mexican food! Tamales Tacos Enchiladas Arroz con Pollo, Frijoles Refritos.... Believe me, spanish food has nothing in common with food from Mexico (except the language)! Here are 2 websites with some good recipes: http://www.world-recipes.info/mexico-mexican/ http://recipes.wuzzle.org/index.php/74 And here is a quicky, easy recipe of my own... "Chilaquiles al estilo de Nany" 1 package of Doritos tortilla chips or Fritos corn chips 1/2 lb. of cheese (I usually mix cheddar and mozzarella, you can use whatever cheese you prefer) 2 tomatoes chopped 1 onion chopped 1 jar of mexican salsa (taco sauce will also do) 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Sautée the onion, and then add the chopped tomatoes, once they start bubbling add the chips (broken into small pieces) turn them until the chips start to soften, then add the cheese cut in small slices and allow to melt (you can use a larger quantity of cheese if you like) heat the salsa and add on the top at the last minute, or serve in a little dish at the side so each can add the amount they like. I serve with frijoles refritos a grilled chorizo sausage and a fried egg. By the way, I had the same cravings in my first pregnancy! That's why I invented this recipe... I know how you feel! I wish you happiness..and a beautiful baby!!! :-)
